A visit of the product flow from design to production , including product and customer support area, gives me the required feeling of how it works in the field. With these inputs I can produce a global assessment and my view of what SMART Factory areas are the most relevant for your business
Step 2: SMART Factory Opportunities study
After Step 1 diagnostic we define together which SMART Factory areas need more study . A specific study is established for each to establish the ROI of the envisioned solution and the baseline of the project are set-up. In case of specific skills I may recommend to appoint any appropriate experts.
Step 3: SMART Factory solution & supplier selection
For projects with the best ROI , considering your capacity to invest and budget to be allocated , you decide which project must be launched.
